In case your item sustained damage during transit, please take photos and contact us immediately so we can assist in replacement.
As for buyer’s remorse and gifted items – items can be returned as received in 100% original condition with tags still attached up to thirty days from the date of purchase.

Terms & Conditions:
- All accessories must be sent back and items must be in their original condition or a restocking fee will apply.
- Buyers are responsible for arranging return shipping except under the following circumstances:
- If the delivered item is not what the customer ordered.
- If the delivered item has been damaged during transit
- For gifted items, the buyer on record must initiate or be looped in the email request for an exchange.
- At the buyer’s request, we will happily exchange returns for shoe and clothing sales. In this scenario, the buyer will be responsible for the cost of shipping the return and replacement.
